At FRC Boutique, every item we sell supports our mission of giving back to the community. Due to the charitable nature of our business and our limited inventory, we kindly ask that you read our policy below before making a purchase.


🛍️ All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on items once they are purchased — with the exception of damaged or defective products.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. To process your claim:

  1. Email frcecm@aol.com
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If approved, we will replace the item (if available) or issue store credit.


❗ Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is incomplete or contains the wrong item, please contact us at frcecm@aol.com within 5 days of receiving your package. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
