This website is operated by FRC Boutique, a socially conscious initiative of the Family Resource Center (FRC). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FRC Boutique.

2. Online Store Terms

  • All payments must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Due to the nature of our mission and small-batch inventory, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made in cases of damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and details.

6. Artist Submissions

  • Artists may apply to feature their artwork or handmade products for a monthly fee of $20 USD.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject submissions based on fit, content, or availability.
  • Artists retain ownership of their work but grant us permission to display and promote it on the site.
  • All featured artist content must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product descriptions, images, and text — is the property of FRC Boutique or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
